Seeking proffessionalism isn't easy. Not to say that if one had never have one before, it applies the same to the experienced. Weather one has been involving, participating directly or the other way round, the same, I believe, applies to all.
The reason for being that is that due to the never-ending change of humanity.
For instance, meeting.
Conducting a meeting isn't easy, and good meeting never comes free. Rather, it comes with risk.
Meeting, I believe, is also one of the professionalism that one might posses. Be it from experience, born talent, genetics, trained, etc.
To have a succesfful meeting, a proper planning I perhaps, is one of the crucial task. Because without planning, things go haywired easily.
Information might goes wrong.
Participants might not be happy and thus making their productivity drops.
The meeting might end later than expected, procrastination is the thief of time.
In other words, efficiency is not there.
Same goes to the participant. If a meeting is not planned and conducted well, same things happen!
You don't prepare well because you aren't aware of.
You discuss things that should had discussed before the meeting.
You waste others time waiting for you to think on the spot.
In other words, efficiency is not there.
Back to the topic. If a person that seeks professionalism is to be involved in such event, can we expect the person to smile?
Or should it be the other way round, expecting the person to be frustrated?
A professionalism seeker that has been involved event that was handled in a more professional way.
A professionalism seeker that wishes to involve in a event that was handled professinonally.
A professionalism seeker that seeks professionalism.
A professionalism seeker as described above, but snipe shot by fatal professionalism.
*Assume the professionalism seeker can reincarnate so that exaggeration can be applied here*
